With or Without You es una canción de la banda irlandesa de rock U2, incluída en su álbum de 1987 The Joshua Tree y alcanzó el número 1 en Estados Unidos, donde permaneció durante un plazo de tres semanas. Fue interpretada en directo por primera vez en el segundo concierto del Joshua Tree Tour, el 4 de abril de 1987. Desde ese instante se ha convertido en una constante en casi todos los conciertos en vivo del grupo.
El tema, cuyo esquema inicial fue compuesto por Bono, podría estar relacionado con la ruptura de una relación amorosa, cuando ambos se han entregado demasiado a pesar de que se percibía que era dañina para los dos. Ella no se decide y él tampoco. Y sigue el desgaste, a la espera de que algo fortuito suceda y el lazo se rompa.
